Pip was Born in Zomba, Nyasaland, now Malawi, to her parents Jean and John.

She spent a few happy years under the African sun then aged six moved with her parents to Ireland where they stayed for a year before moving to the Isle of Man.

Pip trained and became a nurse, till the age of 26 when she had her eldest daughter Marie. At this time, she made the choice to leave the nursing profession and be a full-time mother and started to pursue her interest in alternative therapies.

She had three children, Marie, Michael and Richard.

During her adult life she discovered the Biodanza community in which she became very involved, making many friends and influencing many lives in countless positive ways.

Later in life, Pip encountered Krishna at Bhaktivedanta Manor and began regularly attending Krishna Wisdom and Mind, Body, Soul events organised by Radha Govinda and Kishori Yogini. She embraced the teachings and loved to dance, and enjoyed participating in the Saturday night Harinam Sankirtan. She supported the temple in various ways and loved to serve prasadam. Pip faithfully attended the twice monthly mentorship meetings and was a good student in the teachings of devotional life. Up until her passing at the age of 64, due to sudden heart failure, she was chanting sixteen rounds and looking forward to initiation.
